Managing DirectorA seasoned entrepreneur who previously built a unique world first global project management and well engineering company to the oil and gas industry, with contract values to £2bn plus. Chairman and major shareholder of a listed oil and gas company. Proven skills in leadership, project management and contractual negotiations, procurement and logistics, John is very committed to this environmental project and has invested £1.5m in the business so far.
Chris Farmer
Non Executive DirectorA qualified Chartered Surveyor, specialising in minerals, waste and environmental management. Chris has worked in the mineral extraction and waste management sectors for 25 years, involved in a wide range of disciplines including quarry and landfill site development. Since 2011, Chris has run his own waste brokerage and consultancy business, achieving sales over £40M.
FRANK J. SPANN
Non Executive DirectorFrank is a senior energy and natural resources executive with 40+ years’ global experience across petroleum E&P, commercial negotiations, M&A, finance, and project management. He has advised companies since 2011 through InvestEnergy Ltd and Inven Capital Partners on transactions, capital raising, and portfolio liquidity. His career includes leadership roles at Gulf/Chevron, Amoco, BP/Amoco, Nations Energy, Urals Energy, and multiple energy and mining companies. He has been instrumental in major corporate sales, including Nations Energy to CITIC for $1.9B and Urals Energy to Lukoil for $450M. He is currently advising on capital raising for a $600M Waste-to-Energy project in the UK and holds degrees from the University of Colorado and the Fletcher School.

IT & InfrastructureAleem has a been working in the IT & Telecommunication Industry for the past 8 years. Aleem brings in his experience of working in an Internet Service Provider. He has also worked with major global brands and manufacturers in the Telecommunication Industry. Aleem looks after IT and Infrastructure at with added responsibilities.
