Pyrolysise announces strategic progress, including the issue of a Letter of Intent for the proposed acquisition of an established, profitable waste management business to support deployment of the first two reactors.

The Company also reports active progress toward the £500k bridge-funding target and confirms receipt of a £40m Letter of Engagement to support future project financing, expected to move forward in February 2026, subject to progress toward the bridge round.
